How does Redcord work?
Your body has multiple muscle chains (anterior, posterior, oblique) that allow for coordinated and profound movements. These chains include stabilizing muscles that work in conjunction with the muscles that generate the primary movement. If a stabilizing muscle is weak, a muscular imbalance occurs, which can lead to:
